The HELP DESK for Building Maintenance and Technology replaces SchoolDude as of May 2, 2011.
HELP DESK requests for Building Maintenance and Technology are entered directly into the HELP DESK system:
After logging in, the screen displays all the HELP DESK tickets that you have submitted and the current status.
To view the detail of a current HELP DESK ticket, click on the ID number.
To submit a new request, click on “Submit a Request” and you will see the following screen:
The new request screen has a list of things to check first before submitting a new request.
Enter a brief description of the issue in the subject box.
Select a location from the Location drop down box. For Building Maintenance requests please use the BUILDING NAME and MAINTENANCE that corresponds to the building you are in. For Technology requests use the BUILDING NAME and TECHNOLOGY that corresponds to the building you are in.
Enter the room number or room name (library, gym, cafeteria, maintenance office, etc).
Enter a detailed description of the problem. Please also include a contact number in case we need to call you for additional information.
When you have completed the new request, then click on the “submit” button.
You will receive a confirmation email that the ticket has been submitted.
